It’s Just That Way is from his latest album titled Freight Train, which was released March, 2010. The single was released earlier in January, 2010.
The music video was recently holding the number 5 spot on CMT’s Top 20 Countdown and so far has reached the number 16 spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
