The song was an original hit by Randy Travis back in 1988 and this is Carrie’s cover version with Randy Travis playing along side of her. I Told You So is included on Carrie Underwood’s best selling 2007 album titled Carnival Ride.
The performance has earned them a Grammy nomination for Best Country Collaboration With Vocals at the upcoming 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony being held January 31, 2010.
