If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away is the first single released from Justin’s second studio album titled Outlaws Like Me which is tentatively scheduled to be released in June, 2011.

The single was released in February, 2011 and reached #20 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart to date. The music video was just released this month in April, 2011 and is definitely chart topping material from the 27 year old star.

  1. I heard this song for the first time yesterday morning; it just so happens it would have been my dads 73rd birthday. He died in 2006 of cancer, and mom followed in 2008. I would give anything to hug them again. That is what I miss the most. My niece was born after they passed, and they would have been so proud. Thanks for an awesome song Justin just when I needed to hear it.

  3. this is a remake of rhett akins. justin is not the origional but this is an awesome song hits deep in the heart. im sure if you have known someone who has died, you can relate to this great country music. u did a great job justin.
